Rocc Rand company was founded in 2004. The principal activities are drilling and blasting, earthworks (loading with excavators, transport with trucks, handling the material with bulldozers and rollers), building tunnels, reconstruction of unstable slopes, building roads (new ones or reconstruction of the existing ones). We are also importing explosives, we are the exclusive importers for Montenegro for the emulsion explosives Emulex Austin Powder.
We have permission to perform the above-mentioned works issued by the Ministry of Interior Directorate for Emergency Situations.
